Conceptual Design.
In the conceptual design package, we will work together to define your goals and develop the look and feel for your project. Cypress Studios will create a mood board and concept sketches, space planning suggestions, and a specification package for materials and furnishings required to complete the project.
Similar to e-design services, you will provide any required dimensions and photos of your space to Cypress Studios. Once the design is finalized, Cypress Studios will provide a deliverable package to you. You will be responsible for hiring trades and purchasing materials and furnishings as needed to complete your project.
Design Management.
In the Design Management package, we will work together from the beginning schematic design phase to design development and through the final installation. Cypress Studios will perform site visits, measure your space, and create drawings as necessary. We will obtain finish samples, generate material quotes and work alongside the various trades required to complete the job.
Cypress Studios will assist in procuring the selected furnishings and materials as well as contracting specified tradespeople. We will project manage the entire process to ensure your vision comes to life.
